Originally opened as a four plex in 1977 by SBC Management. The house was expanded to six, then eight by SBC before sale to Hoyts 1996 and was demolished to build the Hoyts Newington Cinema 12, now Regal Fox Run 15 on the site. (it has its own page on Cinema Treasures)

Are we sure this is the same building? Looking at HistoricAerials.com it looks like the space where the current theatre sits was empty prior to 1998.
This article indicates that the current theatre opened in November of 1996 and was severly renovated and expanded by REG in 2007. https://www.fosters.com/article/20070101/GJBUSINESS_01/101010098
The original 1977 Theater, Newington Cine 1-2-3-4, Cine 1-2-3-4-5-6 was at 2024 Woodbury Ave, Newington, NH. When it was torn down, it was replaced with a Bugaboo Creek Steak House and an I-Hop. The I-Hop is still there.
When I was young, in the 1980’s this was our destination for first-run movies.
