December 2016 Google Street view the Screen is still standing and there is some form of marquee still standing, whether it was from the Woodzo or Newport I do not know. Aerial view shows the projection booth/concession stand is still there as well.
December 2016 Google Street view the remnants of the screen are still visible, and the aerial view has the outline of the ramps still visible. Historic Aerials from 1991 and 1997 show the screen and the projection booth easily visible.
As of February/March 2017 (Depending on what side of the highway you are on) the marquee of the River Breeze has a Coldwell Banker for sale sign on it.
Ok, if you look at the Historic Aerial from 1950, there is a Drive-In Theater to the left (West) of Peach Orchard Road on W. Broad Street. If you look at the 1997 Historic Aerial there are the remnants of a Drive-In to the right (East) of Peach Orchard Road on W. Broad Street. Did this theater literally relocate across Peach Orchard at some point?
The “green, roundish clump of trees” Silicon Sam mentions above that identified where there screen was is no more. The Hallmark Station apartments now occupy that site.

Use 1500 W Everly Brothers Blvd, Central City, KY 42330 for this one. Google now places 1500 without the W a few miles down the road from where this was at. The W puts it in the right place.
The property was converted into Starway Fun Park. Looks like some Go-Cart tracks and Miniature Golf. That is also defunct. The Marquee, however, still stands as does the entrance booth and it would appear the concession stand/projection booth was used for the Fun Park as well and is still there as of December 2016 Google Street View.
Google Maps and Historic Aerials keep putting you too far north, but a short scroll down can find the property. If you go into street view you will also discover that the marquee is still there covered by shrubs.

In Google Maps it is the square shaped property just north of the Hampton Inn, pretty much unrecognizable as a former DI. The real question is why the heck is there a Hampton Inn there?
6398 US-27, Somerset, KY 42501 will put you at the entrance to this Drive-In. There is a road there now called Ben Way Drive that goes right through the middle of the property. The 5891 address puts you by the current location of the 27 Twin, not the Lakeview.
Above address does not work, it places the pin on Google Maps several miles away from the location of the DI. 15866 U.S. 60, Irvington, KY 40146 will put the pin right at the exit road from the DI, the entrance road is gone.
Interestingly enough, Historic Aerials actually has Drive-In Road labeled on the old entrance road to the DI, but Google does not. Street View is from March 2009, and there appears to be a mailbox by the entrance road, but there does not appear to be any structures at all down Drive-In Road.
399 Hi-Y Drive, Henderson, KY 42420 will essentially put you right on the spot where the Drive-In was, now a residential neighborhood, but visible on Historic Aerials 1950 and 1958 shots.

1956 RR 20 E, Fonthill, ON L0S 1E0, Canada gets you there in Google Maps….and the google car actually went INTO the Drive-In.
I am assuming it is called the 5 Drive-In due to it being just down the street from Ontario Route 5.
It would appear what was used for the marquee is still there and visible on the most recent Google street view as of August 2013.
