Palace Theatre

This theater first appears on the October 1909 Sanborn. It was located in a two story stone storefront with a brick facade. This building replaced two tiny wooden shops shown on the 1905 map.

Although the theater is listed in the 1914-15 AMPD, the October 1914 Sanborn shows the theater vacant.

This building is in good shape today, and is part of an art gallery that also occupies the building to the west.
