The Lincoln Theatre opened on February 4, 1921 on Monroe Avenue. It was renamed the Lincoln Fox in October 1929, when it became part of Fox Circuit. In the early-1940’s it was operated by the Frisina Amusement Co.

The Lincoln Theatre closed on March 20, 1956. The building still stands today, minus its marquee, and is currently used as law offices.

Wrong address, wrong building. The old photo clearly shows that the theater was at 609, which is a law office. The trees do block a lot of the view, but the building in the photo used clearly has a construction date of 1922 on its facade.

Taken over by Fox Circuit in October 1929.
