This theater appears on the 1919 Sanborn, in the eastern storefront of the Marshall Block, a large two-story brick building dating to sometime between 1887 and 1892. The 1910 map shows a grocery here.
In 1922, this building was extensively remodeled into (or replaced by?) the Alexander building, which remains on the site. The theatre’s address was originally 615, but the construction of the Lincoln Theatre next door to the west involved the replacement of two smaller buildings, and a bit of juggling with addresses.
It is likely that the opening of the Lincoln Theatre (it has its own page on Cinema Treasures) either intentionally replaced or forced the closure of this theatre. The building today (if it is indeed the same) is home to a bar.
