This theatre appears on the 1910 Sanborn, in one of the storefronts of the Charleston Hotel, a large 3-story brick building which was originally built sometime before 1886, but had recently been remodeled to its current appearance.
The 1902 map shows this space as a jeweler, and by 1919 a jeweler again occupied this space. The building today is well preserved, and this space is currently a bookstore.
