Located in the Anderson Township community of greater Cincinnati. The Ovation Cinema Grill officially opened January 16, 2017, but from January 5 to 14 some of the movies of 2016 could be seen for $3.

Their Big D Screen is 70-feet wide and three stories tall. For patron comfort they have premium food, seat-side dining, adult beverages, and a full-service bar.

Carmike now has 277 theaters with 2,965 screens in 41 states. According to the Kansas City Star, AMC CEO Adam Aron plans to run two brands for its movie theaters, which include Carmike and Starplex Cinemas. Mr. Aron said “a second brand would house theaters that have less customer traffic and lower prices than typical AMC Theatres.” and “By having the second brand, they don’t bring down the mothership AMC brand.”

The last Carmike to open (it was planned by Carmike, but opened by AMC). Now AMC has four theatres in Greater Cincinnati.
