I checked Google Maps' Street View for this theater’s location. dallasmovietheaters was right. This theater is long gone. Status should be changed to demolished.
First megaplex I ever went to in my life, although I didn’t see/haven’t seen a movie here to date. A babysitter of mine purchased advance tickets to “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest” (2006) here.
This is my nearest movie theater. I’ve been going here since 2012, when I saw “Chronicle” (2012) here. I saw my first R-rated movie, “Kingsman: The Secret Service” (2014), here, just one month before my 18th birthday. I also saw my first solo movie, “Twisters” (2024), here.
My day program’s movie theater of choice. It’s a few blocks from the McHenry Bowl satellite site. Some issues were present a few times when I went here. When I saw “Elio” (2025) here, we saw it at Screen 6, because Screen 1 had projector troubles. During the summer months, we often go here to see previously-released family-friendly movies. I saw a normally-streaming-exclusive movie, “Leo” (2023), which was made by Netflix, here on the last week of the 2025 edition of the summer film series.
If memory serves, basically I recall seeing only one movie here, “Despicable Me” (2010). It was the last movie I saw in my birth county of San Joaquin County before officially moving to Jamestown in 2010 (having lived in a group home there since 2007), then Turlock from 2011 onwards.
I’ve only seen two movies here, both negatively reviewed family-friendly films: “Cats and Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore” (2010) and “Planes” (2013). After that last one, I officially made it my vow not to go to the movies to see any movies with ratings below 51% on Rotten Tomatoes.
Most of my moviegoing experience in the Mother Lode was in Sonora. The only time I saw a movie at this theater, on the other hand, I saw “G-Force” (2009) in 3-D.
I lived in Jamestown from 2007 to 2011. I lived in a group home in every year except the last one. Most of my moviegoing experience in the Mother Lode was at this theater. The first movie I saw here was “Meet the Robinsons” (2007) and the last one was “Cowboys and Aliens” (2011).
This was the first megaplex (16 screens or more) I ever saw a movie at. The first movie I saw here was Disney/Pixar’s “Up” (2009). The last one I saw here (not too long after it became an AMC) was “The Last Airbender” (2010).
I also saw my first PG-13 rated movie here, “Iron Man 2” (2010), just about two months after I turned 13.

The only movie I ever saw here was “Alice in Wonderland” (2010), which was basically my last movie as a child before I became a teenager.

My day program took a tour of this theater around 2024.

I only saw one movie here, “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” (2013), which is so far the last movie I’ve seen at a movie theater NOT run by Regal.

Please change the name of this theater to Ceres Cruise-In.
Please update this; this theater was recently taken over by D'Place Entertainment and is now called Dinuba Cinema is D'Place.
Status should be changed to closed. It hasn’t been open since 2021, and COVID-19 appears to have driven it outta business.
