This opened as American on January 1st, 1911 and reopened as the Strand on September 14th, 1915 Grand opening ads for both has been posted here.

Joe, you are slightly off, It opened on January 22nd, 1969. I have uploaded the grand opening ads, photo and an floor plan of the cinema. It had six bowling alley cinemas.

Four cinemas in the mall opened on February 11th, 1983. Cineplex Odeon listed then together from 1987 onwards.

This opened as Lin’s Air Drive-In on May 30th, 1950 and closed in 1970. It reopened in June 1971 as Sunset Drive-In. I have uploaded an aerial and both grand opening ads.

This opened on December 23rd, 1965 with one outdoor and one indoor screen by Kerasotes. I have included the grand opening ad, aerials from 1970 and 1975. The ShowPlace opened on the site in 1997.

This cinema and the Parkway 8 both opened on November 8th, 1990 by Litchfield Theatres.

It opened as Cinema 10 and renamed Crossings (Sarasota Crossings) in 1999. Owners: 1990 Litchfield 1990-1997 Cobb Theatres 1997-1999 Regal 1999-2002 other owners 2002-2008 Sunstar

This opened as Jerry Lewis on July 12th, 1972. It was renamed South Trail Cinema in 1973.
