Opened in 1997, this three-screen art house cinema is celebrating its tenth year as Charleston’s premier independently operated cinema. Seating is provided for 200 in screen 1, 100 in screen 2 and 75 in the ‘screening room’.
It was purchased July 26th 2007 by Michael Furlinger, a long-time Cinema Treasures member…A fourth screen was added in 2010. By 2019 it was operating as an 8-screen theatre.

We continue to have a really fantastic summer in Charleston. Our first film, THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO, ran for 16 weeks! A Terrace record. Business is bustling, thanks to our fantastic patrons and the lack of quality major studio product this summer. (Until we release EAT PRAY LOVE AUGUST 13th)
