This was owned by Martin Theatres.
Address should be 1975 East Montgomery Cross Road.

I posted the December 9th, 1983 grand opening ad as Litchfield Cinema 4
That came from Montreal’s La Presse in 1973. The US drive-in increased its ads in the Montreal market when drive-ins were finally allowed in Quebec.
I am willing to bet that this was an “UltraVision” theatre.
