This drive-in opened on June 25th, 1953. Its grand opening ad can be found in the photo section for this drive-in.

Also uploaded an 1953 aerial photo showing that another drive-in just west of the Roosevelt under construction (must had been halted) and another drive-in construction starting up. An 1958 aerial shows the never opened drive-in fading away and the Roosevelt open.
