The arcade(including the Woolworth’s Supermarket) is called Forrest Chase,, is the building in the background to the right with the two black windows and and the taller building behind it above.
The Pavilion Theatre building is now called Sheffield house with a chemist on the ground floor beside the entrance to JB HI FI downstairs(formally Mayfair(later Capri) Theatrette, and entrance(on the left hand side of the building) to a family relationship centre and property consultancy and a medical centre(psychologist?) on the upper 3 floors. The building has been heritage listed(date unknown?).
Pity this theatre got demolished!!
