Auto Group takeover pushes drive-in’s future into doubt
WEST ROME, NY — With new ownership possibly coming in for the West Rome Drive-In, residents are worried about its future. However the current operators are speaking with Davidson Auto Group who claim to not have any plans to tear it down.

Fundraising event for new drive-in to be
TUCSON, AZ — On Saturday evening July 16, a drive-in movie will be shown to the public for the first time since 2009 when the DeAnza (formerly Cactus Drive-In) closed for business, at the new Cactus Drive-in Theatre Foundation’s temporary location.
The Cactus Drive-In Theatre Foundation, Inc. is a new non-profit corporation organized to rebuild a community oriented drive-in theatre in Tucson.

Los Gatos Theatre changes hands but still same commitment to quality
LOS GATOS, CA — Many times a theater will stay on the market for a while with no buyers. The Los Gatos didn’t have that problem. As discussed in the Mercury News this theatre had people lining up to purchase the nearly 100 year old gem. Better yet, all were interested in maintaining its cinema heritage.
With improvements on the way and the town behind it, this one has a bright future.

Church selling off theater equipment
Our church just purchased a movie theater and we are selling off the concessions equipment. This theater was new in 2005 and was only open for about 16 months, so this equipment has very little use.
