LOS GATOS, CA — Many times a theater will stay on the market for a while with no buyers. The Los Gatos didn’t have that problem. As discussed in the Mercury News this theatre had people lining up to purchase the nearly 100 year old gem. Better yet, all were interested in maintaining its cinema heritage.
With improvements on the way and the town behind it, this one has a bright future.
