Winchester Twin and Cafe For Sale
WINCHESTER, IN — The Winchester Twin and Cafe has been put up for sale for $500,000.
According to the Theatresforsale.com listing, “The Winchester is brick and dates from 1883. The local owners are running two screens (95 seats each) and have room for a third. The third screen (under construction) will have 65 seats plus an unusual glass enclosed "Family Room” that can seat 12 and has its own sound system."

Auditorium Seat Sale
Currently, we have some very historical, recently refurbished, great auditorium seats that we are selling from 2 of Alberta Canada’s most premier auditoriums.
If anyone within this organization, or other organizations need auditorium seats, give us a call 780.432.4765 as the ones we have are going very quickly (had 5400, only 3000 left).
We have digital photos of the seats, and are offering them for $59 USD per chair.

Entire Playbill Collection For Sale
I’ve decided to sell my Playbill collection. I have pieces from the ‘40s to the '80s. Their conditions range from good to excellent. Each Playbill is preserved in a plastic sheet.
Though I’m keeping my favorites, I’ve decided to sell the rest to help fund my new business. I’ll be listing most on eBay starting next week, but if there is a Playbill you have been looking for, feel free to inquire.

228 Beautiful Wood/Iron Theater Seats For Sale
I ran into this item on eBay, thought it might be of interest to someone here who may be restoring a theater or in need of a couple hundred seats. From the pictures I assume they’re antique. The link and description are below. Seems like a very low price, $2800 for all 228 chairs.

Restored Theater For Sale
NEWPORT, OR — Here’s an update on the Midway Theatre.
This theater was awaiting the wrecking ball when we purchased it in l996. After two years of restoration and renovation it was opened again in 1998. This historical venue is now known as the “Jewel of the Oregon Coast”.
The Art Deco architectural integrity of the building has been maintained. The use of the building has been expanded to include a retail antique store (showing silent movies), art gallery, wine tasting, concerts, live stage theater, and wine tasting. The name of the building has been changed to The Ark.
