Bucks County Drive-In possible return

posted by raymondgordonsears on March 22, 2011 at 9:40 am

WARRINGTON, PA — I’m thinking of bring back the Bucks County D-I back for ONE night. I own large inflatable movie screens for showing movies in the parks, etc. I was thinking of putting it up on the parking lot where the D-I once stood. I would supply the screen, audio w/ FM radio sound and projector.

Lowes does let a car show use its parking lot. Heres the problem: I can not do it alone. If you are interested in helping

Thanks,
Ray

I have 28 years of industry experience. I’ve worked many of the now defunct New Jersey drive-ins. Please feel free to contact me at

I ran a 35mm projector out of the back of a box truck for a car show (over 500 cars), back in 1984 @ Wm. Patterson College, Wayne, NJ, in the parking lot! The Films (I put on 6000 foot reels) were American Graffiti, & Hot Rods To Hell. I ran some old intermission clocks from the Absecon Drive-In, that closed in 1983.
