70th Anniversary of The Wizard of Oz and Holiday Titles
To celebrate the 70th anniversary of The Wizard of Oz, ArcLight Hollywood will hold a special screening on Tuesday, December 1 at 7:30pm in the iconic Cinerama Dome. This will be the only screening in Los Angeles and it is surely not one to miss.

I saw Oz with a primarily gay audience at the Wang in Boston some years ago and the whole movie took on an entirely different flavor. “Surrender Dorothy” indeed!
“Love Actually”, “Gremlins” and “Bad Santa” won’t get me thinking of Christmas as much wondering why anyone would screen these films?
It’s like screening “The Battle of Bulge” because the battle took place around Christmas.
Oh well to each their own. Hope ArcLight fill a lot seats with these pix.
