NORWALK, OH — The historic Norwalk Theatre is for sale. It’s at 57 E. Main St.

This Schine Theatre was built in 1941 (Art Deco) as a one screen movie theatre and a stage. Dressing rooms and an orchestra pit were added in the 1970’s to allow for live plays and concerts.
