This outdoor theater appears on the April 1912 Sanborn. The location was a vacant lot in 1905. There was plentiful bleacher seating, and a stage and screen for both live acts and movies.
This theater is not listed in the 1914-15 AMPD, and was demolished no later than 1920 to be replaced by an indoor theater (the Rex, later Howard, which has its own listing).
