This early theater appears on the November 1908 Sanborn. It was located in an old two story stone building with a brick front. This was built sometime before 1884, and is shown on the 1902 map as a grocery.
This building was quite small, and the ‘theater’ was likely a projector and some chairs. The 1915 map shows the space once again a grocery. This building is sadly one of 6-7 historic structures trashed with a hideous big box dryvit makeover. It is the northernmost portion of these.
