The Warner Mycal Cinemas Tsukimino located on the 4th floor of the Aeon Tsukimino store opened its doors on November 9, 2000, and was renamed the Aeon Cinema Tsukimino on July 1, 2013, featuring 9 screens and a total capacity of 2,053 seats.

Screen 9 is the largest with 462 seats with THX installations and Screen 4 is the smallest with 126 seats. The rest of the auditoriums have ranging capacities of 161-315. Screens 1 and 9 were also equipped with Dolby 7.1ch surround sound.

The Aeon Cinema Tsukimino closed for the final time on February 28, 2018 due to a complete rebuilt of the facility. Aeon later opened the nearby Zama shortly after the postponement of its original opening date due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
