This theater appears on the 1916 Sanborn, in an old two story brick building, originally constructed in 1883 as a restaurant. The 1907 map shows ‘Grocery & Meat’ here.
It’s not certain which of the early theaters this was. It may have been called either Lyric or Electric. No later maps are available online, but this closed a very long time ago, and the building has been used for retail since at least 1950.
The building today is in excellent shape, except for a long ago removal of the tin cornice. It currently houses a hair salon.

I skipped this during my 2010 visit, but when I get to my pictures from 2016, I’ll add a photo if no-one else has by then.
