Airdome

This Airdome, possibly associated with the Aurora Theatre, appears on the 1912 map. This space was an empty lot in 1905. It was a fairly basic structure, and was not quite as large as the Lyric Airdome(it has its own page on Cinema Treasures). Both backed onto the same alley.

This operated through at least 1914, when it was taken over by the operators of the Cozy Theatre(It has its own page on Cinema Treasures). It was gone by no later than 1925, replaced by an auto dealership. That building remains today.
