Located on the 4th floor of the Aeon Mall. The TOHO Cinema Itami 1-8 opened its doors on 10th October 2002 under the Toho chain and was a replacement of the former Itami Green-Rose Twin Theater which operated from 1970 until September 2002. It was first managed by Hideyuki Takai and Shuichi Miyai.
The theater was renamed “TOHO Cinemas Itami 1-8” on September 25, 2007 right after a management change but still kept its Toho ownership. At the time, Chikara Murakami and Kenichi Satoyama were managers of the theater.
