Another ‘Electric Theatre’ appearing on the 1909 map, this was located in part of a two story brick building dating to sometime before 1897, and which had originally been the Grand Southern Hotel, although the 1902 map shows a furniture store here.

Like the other theatre, this was not a success, and the 1914 map shows a pool room here. The building still exists on the 1927 map, but this corner was demolished and replaced by a commercial building that appears to date from the late-1930’s.
