Located on Route 1, midway between Corvallis and Albany on what is now Highway 20. The Midway Drive-In was opened on April 19, 1949 with Dick Powell in “Rogues Regiment” & Penny Singleton in “Blondie’s Big Deal”. It was operated by Charles Whiteside & Art Adamson. By 1955 it was operated by Midway Theatres Inc. and Art Adamson. It was closed in September 1987.
The sign as been removed and restored. It is located on the side of the building at 134 SW 1st Street, Corvallis, OR 97333. The sign is visible from the parking lot.
