The original location of the Park Family Theatre is shown on the 1913 map, where it had replaced a church. This structure was a two story brick building set back a bit from the street.
The west wall of the auditorium got wider toward the rear, creating a bit of a lopsided balcony. There appears to have been a large stage.
By the early-1920’s, this building had been replaced by a McCrory’s store (which remains today), and the theatre was moved across the street.
