The Sunset Drive-In opened on May 11, 1948 with Larry Parks in “The Jolson Story”. It was operated by A.E. Campbell Ct. It was closed in 1952. It was the first drive-In in town. Closed when the Lost River Drive-In and Riverside Drive-In opened in 1950 which were more popular.
