Opened by 1952 when it was operated by the Bernstein Theaters chain. The #1 Auto Theatre was located on U.S. Highway 1 South and allowed patrons to walk in or drive-in. The theatre was just five minutes from downtown Daytona and appears to have gone out of business in 1976. It was demolished for other retail purposes.
