The Mini Adult Theatre was opened on May 19, 1970 with “The Raw Ones”. On February 13, 1976 it was renamed Beach Street Cinema still operating as an adult movie theatre. It was closed on February 8, 1983. By 2017 it was in use as an antique and jewelry store.

The Mini Art Theatre opened on May 19th, 1970, renamed Beach Street Cinema in 1976 and closed or halted its ads in 1983. Grand opening ad posted.
