Located in the Foli-Mericourt district in the north the the city centre. The Parmentier was opened on 1st September 1907. It was later re-named Goncourt and was given a modern make-over. It was closed in 1963. It became a supermarket, but has since been demolished and an apartment building with a supermarket at its base now stands on the site..
