Located on the 5th floor of Hamburger’s Department Store which had been built by Dave & Moe Hamburger in 1908. The Arrow Theatre was opened on August 9, 1908 as a mixed use movie theatre, vaudeville, lectures & meetings. It was still open in September 1912 but had closed by 1919.
In 1923 the Hamburger’s sold the department store to May & Co. and the former Arrow Theatre had been removed to create more retail space. They closed the store in 1990, and it became the Broadway Trade Center. In 2018 the entire building is being renovated.
