Opened May 19, 1949 for Wayne Amusements, the theatre was closed and demolished in August 1990, to make way for a Ford plant, which is one of the largest in the world.

Very nice Marquee for a drive-in.
Should have kept the Drive-in. It was owned by Charles Schafer in 1956.Parked 842 cars.
May 19th, 1949 grand opening ad in photo section. claimed that it was the largest in the state.
