Located in Maidenhead, Berkshire. The Pavilion Skating Rink was built around 1909 by George Gude. It was screening films by February 1910. It soon converted into the 1,500-seat Picture House and was operated by Boyle Lawrence. Around 1914 it was re-named Hippodrome Picture Theatre.

By 1922 it was operated by the Maidenhead Picture House Ltd. It reverted back to its Picture House name and was equipped with sound in 1929/1930 and was taken over by the Union Cinemas chain. They closed the Picture House in 1934 and it was later in use by Harvey’s woodworkers.

Union Cinemas built their new Ritz Cinema close-by which opened in January 1936.
