This cinema in the Evere district had a very short career of 8 years. In the 1950’s Evere had a growing population, the oldest cinema was the Lido Cinema. The Etoile Cinema opened in 1954, under the direction of family Rahm. It had two programs a week and finally was opened only at weekends. It closed permanantly in the summer of 1962, it became a supermarket now Carrefour operates on the site.
