This drive-in opened on June 22, 1951 with Joel McCrea in “Frenchie”, had room for 1,000 cars and also had a playground. It closed in 2000 and was demolished in the summer of 2006.

Hello, Im looking for the names of the owners of the Drive-In called Star View in the Norwalk/Monroeville area. I would like to see if he would like to sell. If not Im in the market for a drive-in in the ohio area any help??

Another ad with “World’s Largest Screen”
in 1956 it was owned by Miles Drive-in Management Company.
Sadly, the Miles should be changed to demolished. Roadsidepeek.com states that the drive in was razed in the summer of 2006 for “redevelopment” (i.e. Walmart lol)
June 22nd, 1951 grand opening ad announcing “World’s largest screen”
The beautiful tower was architected by Ted Rogvoy. Rogvoy created a sister drive-in for Allied Drive-In Management Circuit of Cleveland which operated the Miles at opening with its 1,000 car Ecorse Drive-In in Taylor, Michigan.

Now a housing estate appropriately called “Cinema Park”.
