Entire property now has a hospital. No trace of the old drive-in remaining.

The Deer Lake Drive-In was open into the 1990’s as I visited at that time to see movies.

Screen Tower and concession stand still visible in 2004 Historic Aerial. Screen Tower still standing in 2008 Historic Aerial, but the concession stand is rubble. Screen Tower gone by 2010 Aerial.

I drove up from Reading one summer night to check out this drive-in back in 1981. The facility was pristine and the staff was extremely friendly making it well worth the trip.

I passed this drive-in many times on my way to see my best friend up in Shamokin. Such a shame it has been demolished. He worked there a few times in the 80’s.
