In Portadown, County Armagh, the Regal Cinema was operated by Regal Theatres, Belfast. It provided film entertainment from 1935 to 1972. After closure it became a snooker hall. When I visited in September 2008 the building had a variety of uses, including a pet store and a restaurant. Recently it has become the Regal Leisure and Oasis Youth Centre.
