The Pickfair Theatre was opened in 1934. It was renamed Justice Theatre in the late-1940’s, and it was still in operation according to the directory of 1962. The building is currently (2013) in use by Love That Music store.
If you can add more history about the Justice Theatre it would be welcome.

It could conceivably have been a theater building (Love that Music) but it’s a very odd design for one.
