The Plymouth Theatre was opened on October 11, 1938 with Warner Baxter in “Vogues of 1938”. Seating was listed at 695. The Plymouth Theatre was still open in 1962. This was the larger of the two theatres in Plymouth.

The Plymouth Theatre was still listed in the Plymouth city directory in 1962, the most recent edition available on the Internet. It was the only theater listed.
Mr. A. Shepherd “Shep” Brinkley opened the Plymouth Theatre October 11, 1938 with “The Vogues of 1938.“ The New Theatre changed its name whimsically to the New (Old) Theatre that day until it burned down in 1939. Brinkley would add the Daly Theatre after the War to replace the New (Old).
Address is wrong? I think this is 115. Definitely not demolished. Seems to be used as offices.
