The Camelia Cinema opened in the late-1970’s as a twin. It was made into a fourplex by the early-1980’s. The theatre was initally operated by Gulf International and by 1987 United Artists. The cinema closed in 2006. It was purchased by Magic Cinemas in 2013, and plans are to re-open later in the year.

This opened on November 20th, 1974 as a twin cinema.

It was reported that on September 3rd, 2014 that B & B Theatres will build a new 9-plex cinema, but put on hold as of 2017.
Opened On November 20, 1974 With Walt Disney’s “The Bears And I” And Walt Disney’s Reissue Of The Original 1959 Classic “The Shaggy Dog” At Screen 1, And The Smash “The Sting” At Screen 2. It Was Closed On June 27, 2004.
