The Louisiana Theatre was opened on July 19, 1913 with “Shanghied”, “Shadows of the Past” & Warren Kerrigan in “A Tale of Death Valley”. In 1927 it was equipped with a Robert Morton 2 manual 5 ranks organ. It was taken over by Paramount Pictures Inc. and operated through their subsidiary E.V. Richards. It was closed in 1954.
