According to the following articles from the Regina Leader-Post (one of which is also posted in the article photo section), the Roxy was destroyed by fire on December 30, 1977:

The Roxy was once part of the Odeon Theatres (Canada) circuit through its regional partner Odeon-Morton Theatres in its later years. It has long since been demolished since its closure, as a Google Maps search in the area of 12th and South Broad turned up no sign of the former theatre.

This opened on February 15th, 1935 and closed in 1977. Renovated opening on November 2nd, 1950. Grand opening ads posted.
