Actual opening date is March 6, 1988, yes with “Alamo: The Price Of Freedom”.
This is actually the AMC Rivercenter 11 which has it’s own page on Cinema Treasures
The submitter posted AMC Rivercenter 11 and this theater around the same time (the theater IDs are only one number apart); it’s likely that David wanted to keep the theater listings separate since the IMAX was in a separate building.
Please update, the 2nd IMAX house opened on May 1, 2001. Grand Opening ads for both imax houses in the photos section and the total seats is 738
