Alternate address of 16 Azar Plaza. Florida State Theatres opened the Plaza Theatre on December 21, 1965 with “Thunderbolt”. It was later operated by ABC Florida State Theatres. It was twinned in the mid-1970’s and later operated by Plitt Theatres. Last operated by Cinepex Odeon who closed in on April 22, 1991.
The plaza where the theatre resided was leveled a few years later.

This opened on December 21st, 1965 with Thunderball.
It closed in 1991 as an Cineplex Odeon.
