Cobb Theatres CinéBistro opened on February 12, 2016, inside the shell of a former Saks Fifth Avenue at the Westfield Southgate shopping destination.
In addition to traditional movie treats, and a full bar, they offer full service dining, served at your recliner. Attached to the 7-screen cinema is a 150-seat upscale restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.
CinéBistro now has 10 locations in six states. It was taken over by CMX Cinemas in October 2017.

CinéBistro Siesta Key was designed by CTSM Architects, a firm based in the Birmingham suburb Hoover, Alabama. The firm has designed several projects for Cobb Theatres, including four CinéBistro locations. Photos of the Siesta Key project can be found on this page at the firm’s web site.
Taken over by CMX Cinemas Circuit in October of 2017, this one goes by CMX CinéBistro Siesta Key.
