The Lyons Theatre opened in 1940 with seating listed at 560. This was an African American Theatre. From 1940 thru 1955 it was operated by OK Theatres and from 1955 until 1958 it was operated by Lewis Theatres.
The theatre closed in 1958 and was later convereted to a church, Latter Day Deliverance Revival. Any further information on the Lyons Theatre would be appreciated.
