Modern Cinema Corporation opened the Sundance Cinemas on March 8, 1985. Carmike took over and renamed it the Island Twin Theatre as a first run house and later operated it as a discount house. As of March 2006 it is again running first run attractions.
Operated by Dickinson Theatres in 2009. It was last operated by Starplex Cinemas and closed in 2014.

The Island Twin is closed.
This was opened by Modern Cinema Corporation on March 8th, 1985 and closed on May 27th, 1986 for non-payment of taxes. It reopened as the Island Twin on August 15th, 1986.
