The Bellevue 4 opened as a quad on October 3, 1980. It was expanded to 8 auditoriums on November 3, 1994. Although there have been some upgrades such as stadium seating in a few of the auditoriums, the theatre lacked the luster of the newer Regal Bellevue 12 about a mile down the road. It was closed by AMC Theatres on September 28, 2017.

Here is a photo of the Bellevue.
Here are photos from 2005 of the Bellevue: 1, 2, 3
I was manager of the Bellevue 8 from October 2007 to February 2008. While I might agree that the exterior lacks the luster of the Regal, I think the interior is quite superior to the competition, with a completely marble floor and Greek columns that give it, in my opinion, a very classic look. I thoroughly enjoyed running this theater; business just always depended on whether us or the Regal would get the product.
I was manager there 1996-7, and while the bellevue 12 might have more character, the Bellevue 8 is a more intimate theatre.
This theatre is now listed a Carmike Bellevue 8 still open.
